Communication is usually handled through email, chat, video calls, and project management tools like Notion, Trello, or WhatsApp—whatever works best for you.

Do you have a contract or service agreement?

Yes, I have my own agreement for us both to sign, along with a GDPR form to complete.

What tools and software are you familiar with?

G Suite and Microsoft Suite, spreadsheets, Xero and FreeAgent, Notion, Systeme.io.

How do you manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks?

I only take on the amount of work I am comfortable with—everyone has slots in my calendar to secure my availability.

What is your turnaround time for tasks?

24 to 72 hours, depending on the workload and my calendar availability.

I have insurance with PolicyBee and cyber insurance as well. We both sign a GDPR form.
